Shipping policy

  1. Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping methods to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner. The available options and associated costs will be displayed during the checkout process.
  2. Order Processing Time: Orders placed outside our local delivery range of 100 miles are shipped on Mondays. This ensures that your package arrives as fresh as possible,  avoiding potential delays that can occur if shipments are sent out later in the week. Please note that any orders received after 5 PM CST on Monday will be shipped the following week.
  3. Shipping Destinations: We currently ship within the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. If you have any questions about our shipping range, please contact us for assistance.
  4. Shipment Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
  5. Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that unforeseen delays such as weather conditions may occur.
  6. Shipping Restrictions: We take great care to ship your order with quality in mind. Some products may have specific shipping restrictions based on state regulations. If any restrictions apply to your order, we will notify you during the checkout process.
