Please refer to our feeding guidelines to determine the appropriate amount amount of food for your dog based on its weight and age.
How do you know what kind of food my dog needs?

Does the food need to be cooked?
No, our meals are fully cooked and ready to serve. We prepare the food at low temperatures to preserve its nutrients, so there’s no need to cook or warm it. Simply thaw in the refrigerator or under cold water, and it is ready to serve directly to your dog.
What if my dog doesn’t like the food?
We understand that every dog has their preferences. If your dog doesn’t take to the food right away, try mixing it with their current food to ease the transition. If they still do not enjoy it, contact us, and we will be happy to discuss other options or assist with a solution. Plus, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee for your peace of mind.
How does shipping work?
We ship our meals frozen to lock in freshness. After you place your order, we pack it in an insulated box with dry ice to maintain the correct temperature during transit. We deliver to all 48 contiguous states in the U.S., with free shipping within a 100-mile radius of our location. For orders outside our local delivery range, shipments go out on Mondays to avoid potential delays and ensure your package arrives as fresh as possible. Please note that orders placed after 5 PM CST on Monday will be shipped the following week.
